All projects are entirely crafted using AI coding tools - no Figma, no IDE. Just thinking and exploring in the mind -> creating with AI -> exploring again -> creating -> repeat the loop until we get there. All of this happened in less than half a year after I discovered vibe coding.

## Experience

- SeedeAI (2025.10 - Now): As Cofounder & Product & Designer, I own product direction, milestone planning and metrics, driving projects from execution to delivery, and design.
- Alibaba EI (2023.02 - 2024.03): As Product and Design Lead in AI, I built vertical design model from millions of design drafts, data annotation platform and annotation supply chain, and Alibaba Code platform from 0 to 1, designing AI Coding product, IDE, and brand and product experience. Led team to win both Second Place and Most Popular Award at internal AI Hackathon (100+ teams).
- Alibaba Design (2018.09 - 2023.02): As Founding designer and PM, I built Alibaba Done from 0 to 1. Reached ~40,000 MAUs with 90%+ adoption by designers and developers. Achieved ARR 21M+ (actual financial revenue, not estimated).
- AliExpress (2016.10 - 2018.09): As Senior UX designer, I helped them design overseas business products from 0 to 1. Redesigned iOS app, won App Store Editors' Choice. Increased conversion rate by 2%. Created Nasdaq billboard visual concepts.
- PING++ (2015.09 - 2016.05): Collaborated with Ryo and Cellier to shape product experience across SaaS, landing pages, and marketing materials.
- i200 (2013.09 - 2015.02): As the first Designer, I designed website that increased registration conversion rate by 30%, SaaS.
